Help us expand our team and become a UX designer at Blue Bite. At Blue Bite, we recognize the importance of design in both the marketing and product spaces. This is the main driver for growing our design team and will allow us to better support our rapidly growing company.
We need an experienced UX designer to be on point for our Object Manager platform, one of three enterprise-level products offered in our suite. The Object Manager allows brands to create and manage objects and their attributes to better understand consumer engagement and optimize content, brand messaging and upsell opportunities. You will report to the Creative Director but function within the product team and be responsible for all research and design. Together we will hone the Object Manager making it more approachable and engaging to use.

What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and evolve the existing UI Kit shared by our suite of products as needed
Identify poor performing flows within Object Manager and work with product managers to help develop an implementation plan
- Improve and grow the existing Object Manager interface
Conduct user and market research to inform design concepts
Create wireframes (at appropriate fidelity) to communicate design intentions and gain buy-in with stakeholders
User test as needed throughout the process to ensure ease of use
Create pixel-perfect designs and import into Zeplin to aid engineers in development
Answer follow-up questions and review final engineering build to ensure UI is implemented as designed
Communicate and collect feedback with the product team, customer success, and other stakeholders on a regular basis
Contribute towards documentation for instructional articles
3+ years experience in product design for web based, enterprise-level, SaaS software.
Expert proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly XD), Zeplin, Maze.com, etc.
Experience designing enterprise-level, SaaS based software for mobile and web based applications
Improve and expand existing product base while working against an understanding of business requirements and user feedback
Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills to communicate design choices and ideas effectively
Comfort with an iterative process that includes seeking out and acting on feedback
Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency
Ability to design within established brand and UI standards
Continuous improvement of your workflow and learning new tools
