Job description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Designer. The Designer will be part of the core Blue Bite design team and will assist in creating marketing assets for the digital space. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives with tight deadlines and knows how to adhere to brand guidelines to deliver on time and within scope. Responsibilities
Partners across teams to deliver the highest level of quality
Interpret creative requests and feedback
Support of concepts and designs including rich emails, banner ads, animated GIFs, social media visuals, and presentations
Retouch and crop images to ensure accurate communication
Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery while complying with brand standards
Build and maintain a comprehensive creative asset library of visuals
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines
Resourcefulness in quickly finding and using stock visual elements
Work closely with Creative Director and Marketing Team
Job requirements
BA/BS degree in related field, or combination of relevant education and work experience
1-2 years related work experience
Working knowledge of email marketing and social media platforms
Working experience in Google Slides and Docs and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch
Strong knowledge of design principles in the advertising and marketing space
Keen eye for detail and consistency regardless of project
Good team worker with excellent organizational skills
Video/animation and web design experience is a plus
